The lake level was 657.9; with minimum generation scheduled, the lake should hold there until the weekend. Surface temperature at Bagnell Dam was 47 degrees; tributary temperatures were 43 to 49 degrees depending on location and time of day. Ameren’s plan it to begin the annual drawdown to 654.0 after January 1. Truman Lake is at normal pool.
Anglers should take precautions now to prevent hypothermia in case of accidental immersion.
