  • The lake level was 655.0; plans call for slowly raising the level to 655.2 by the weekend, then depending on rainfall and generating demands, rising slowly to 659 by mid-May. Surface temperature at Bagnell Dam was 45 degrees; tributary temperatures were 43 to 47 degrees. Anglers should still use extreme caution to prevent accidental immersion and possible hypothermia.
