For retirement I built a "Fish-Man Cave" on the side of the house.
It is 16 ft. by 18 ft. and of coarse heated and air-conditioned.
Only bass fishing stuff is allowed in the room. It really helps being organized when it's time for a tourney. I spend about two hours a day in my room.
It has a door from the house and one from the garage.
