My dads friend has a boat he says if he sales it good if not that's good to he's not advertising it but I can buy it for a decent price. But there is a problem, I'm not sure if it is an 01 or an 02 year model mercury 225 optimax. That's the part I'm worried about I read a bunch of horror stories on those year Optis and the mechanic that's working on my xr4 says stay away if it would have been a 225 efi go for it. What experiences have you all had with that year model Optis and input? Thks.
