I have had my 92 XTB-21 for about 8 years now and I just got the carpet replaced, had a new jack plate installed and replaced the manual steering with hydraulic steering. I ran her today and the steering will take a little getting used to, nothing bad it just feels different from manual. Here are some pics of the carpet and the boat.
