How many of you actually BUY these cards & how satisfied are you with the overall purchase ? Hotmaps, Premium, Platinum etc.
I mean after all, it is a good little chunk of change for a dab of info splashed onto a SD card. I've seen the hotmaps platinum card on a new Humminbird 1198 & it was pretty impressive in 3D contours.
Just want your honest thoughts & opinions & not looking for brand bashing of any sort because it's simple enough to resell these cards.
Also note that I've heard from other anglers that the older cards actually had MORE underwater information on them than the current ones like road beds & etc..
But also read where Navionics responded back that some of the old info was not entirely accurate.
I've updated my electronics a few times over the last year & have yet to run one of these cards .... is it worth it ?
