Navionics update

Hello everyone just wanted to vent about a navionics update. I have a premium south map I purchased 03/26/12. First thing I noticed is it did not show roadbeds buildings or anything just 1 ft contour lines. Decided to do update the other day so I down loaded their app-program took 3 hrs. The reason is because the information that should have been on the card to begin with was not. After update I thought looks great I have creek channels ponds river channels everything that should have been there to start with. Then I looked at Mark Twain lake big blocks missing no contour lines or anything. No exageration 1/3 of lake was missing. Called Navionics,explained to lady who was super nice my problem. She looked up on her computer and said I see what your talking about. She said she would send a report to mapping dept. I recieved a email a couple of hours later that said thank you for letting them know about the problem. And I would be notified if the problem would be corrected. If the problem would be corrected. My problem is I have less information now on my map than I had to start with. My 06 hotmaps is better than new Premium South update. What a bunch of bull they advertise they are updating lakes and adding more information everyday but they can't even get what they have now correct.
