Holy cow, i got my ass kicked at therapy today. Pushed all over my incision areas and had me doing neck and shoulder exercises too. At one point, they were pushing and massaging a swollen area behind my neck/ear and i felt this sudden gush of heat behind my ear! Talk about a painful therapy session.... Now, back to work wishing i was taking a nap!
