Whats up people. Ive been fishing the flw bfl this year as a co angler and its been a learning experience. I learned I need a boat!!!
Im looking for a tournament ready boat for under 15k. I know im going to have to look in the 98-04 range which im totally fine with. Im just curious what to look for in those model years. I want a minimum of 19ft with at least a 150 on it.
Ive been on a 98 20ft skeeter with a 200 yamaha (fast but painful in rough water)
05 trition 20 ft (seemed to be decent but I cant recall anything super good or bad about it)
98 ranger 19 ft w 150 evenrude (decent boat but got drenched in rough water)
I will be using the boat to fish locally and compete in tournaments on the Potomic river, Lake Oneida, Lake Champlain, and 1000 Islands.
Any insight is appreciated!!!
