Nitro customer service

just had to finally say something. looking at buying new boat. looking at Z7..Problems that concern me..i have filled out 2 times on line requesting the free dvd and brochure..Done it for both..3.5 months later nothing. Brother bought X5.Boats great but fiberglass was messed up..suposed to take 3-4days it took 2 weeks..Horn does not work..Running light that come with boat wrong one..wont fit .Bass Pro Pearl MS supose to be getting new light .Its been 1 1/2 months now and no light. they say its on order and will not take one out of another boat..My brother bought boat 2 months ago..Customer service seems to be problem. Brother says its not Nitro its BPS..Thats the same thing if you buy from them and depend on service..Sorry had to vent this is making me look at other boats now..
