Turning to the second mother he continued: "mrs jones your obsession is all about money. You named your child Penny"
He turns to the third mother and starts "mrs smith your case is particularly intresting" the woman stands up and cuts him off. "Never mind dr I don't need your opinion" she turns to her son,"come here Richard, we are leaving"....
