So in my quest for my new boat, I ended up finding a bunch of old catalogs for boats from when I was a kid. I started looking through them and remembering the boats I used to dream about owning.
First was the Bass Tracker 1800 TF in grey. To this date, I still think it's one of the nicest glass rigs to come out of Tracker. I would guess the spiritual successor would be the Avalanche.
Second was the Stratos 201 Pro. I remember staring for hours at an ad that had Doug Hannon fishing out of a silver dual console model. I used to dream about that boat.
The last one was the Javelin 379T. I actually got to sit in one when I was a teenager and dreamed of having one with 150HP FIGHT Evinrude. I think that boat was rated for 175 which would have been insane. The Triton 17 Explorer comes closest to reminding me of it.
