Well I must have a curse on me. I fished hard Tuesday and half the day Wednesday. I honestly never got the first bite. The same lake we fished last year, and we caught some nice bass. Thought it was me, but there was two others with me that had the same results. Talked to a Ranger at the park, and found out that the lake has an over abundance of small crappie. I figure the bass are full of crappie and aren't interested in artificials. That's the only thing I can think of. Or the state poisoned the lake. Needless to say, I wasn't very happy about wasting two days.
