I am posting this as an F.Y.I. and not to bash, but to save others from making the same mistake that I did.
I ordered carpet from Kona Kustoms over 2 weeks ago, and sent him $85.00. He said that he received my check and that it cleared and he would send the carpet. Well... no carpet. I have made repeated phone calls to him and left messages with no answer. I have asked another member of the board to give him a call and he did, Kona told him that the carpet was shipped. Now, Kona will not answer when the other member calls him. Unfortunately, I now am not only out the $85, but I have to order carpet from somewhere else and am out that money on top to get this boat finished for a tournament the first weekend in April.
