Post Tournament Fishing

Well, the FLW wrapped up in Okeechobee and I got to experience the post tournament frenzy. There were fifty other boats out there today (Tuesday!) and all were fishing the areas of the winners. I had been planning to fish today long before I heard about FLW being there, but it was weird to see so many locals out there trying to catch them using the same spots and techniques. I saw spinner baits being tossed at grass walls. Jerk Baits on cane poles. I even saw people blocking the channel trying to get the same bite as the winner. It was ridiculous.

Anyone else ever see this on their home lakes?
