Not sure if you have seen the news about the Nor'easter that collided with Hurricane Ida in the Norfolk area today, but it caused massive, widespread flooding around our Norfolk, VA data center. The power grid has been, and is still, offline. The backup diesel generator back feed system suffered a faulty sensor, which has taken the last 3 hours to be diagnosed and repaired. We are running on generator power now, and your site should be back online. Always difficult when an 'act of God' such as this happens, but we are doing our best to keep things running throughout.
