On my recently acquired Champion it has a '96 225 carb Mercury that has had the oil injection disabled. Therefore, I need to pre-mix in the tank and am wondering what the recommended ratio should be.
If I were to guess (AssUMe) I would say 50:1 but is that correct, is that for petroleum based, can I use a 100:1 oil at 100:1, can I use a 100:1 at 50:1? I'm assuming here my synthetic is a good choice as well?
