Reels and Poles Advise Question

I'm looking into buying some good reels and poles but in the process I don't want to break the bank either. With that in mind can you please give me some advise on what would be a good set up. I'm looking at spending about two hundred dollars or less for a combo set up ( bait cast and spinner set up) for fishing Bass.Walleye,Perch,Catfish and maybe now and then a Pike.
