14 X 23 Stiletto with a little cup removed, still needs less cup.

65.7 mph gps
This old boat gets 5-6 mpg @ 3500- 4000 rpms & that's good for a carbed motor & it will cruise up 40-50 mph with no hands required on the wheel.
I can squeeze a little more mph out of it via higher motor heights & unloaded but it handles best overall where it is right now so I'm pretty satisfied with it.
