Most of the time I like grilling seafood very simple with just fresh squeezed lime or lemon over it and salt & pepper or a little Old Bay seasoning but when you want to freak out your tastebuds try this.

I use wooden bamboo skewers soaked in water so they won't burn. Use tail-on raw peeled shrimp and alternate them on the skewer with slices of onion, green pepper, and those petite small red, yellow & blue potatoes (pre-softened in the microwave) because the shrimp cook faster than potatoes. The tri-colored potatoes are always a conversation piece for guests. Then brush on the Soy-Vay and grill. There is also an Island version of Soy-Vay that has pineapple which is also very good on shrimp or pork. Bon Appetit!
