OK, now I've heard everybody on here uses stainless props. What I want to know is what you think the pros and cons are versus using aluminum.
Stainless: Pros
1) Performance
2) Longevity
3) Toughness
Cons:
1) Can rip a lower unit to pieces if you hit something.
2) Very costly
Aluminum: Pros
1) Lighter
2) Strong enough
3) Gives before hurting lower unit
4) Cheaper
Cons:
1) Wears out faster
2) Doesn't handle torque as good
