Stratos 180 vt

I recently purchased a 1986 180 vt with a 1988 150 hp Suzuki on it as a rehab project. I am trying to find the livewell drain valves. the levers work but I suspect they are broken. Neither one of the wells will drain. My boat is laid out with the gas tank center stern with batteries on both sides. I suspect the valves are under the gas tank but I would like someone to confirm that before I tear every thing out. This is my first rehab project. looks like a lot of work to go. All the seats have been removed and the front casting deck has been extended and a new deck installed from the elevated casting deck extension to the rear live well. This was done by the previous owner. I am trying to finish the project and get the old girl back on the water. Also if anyone has a wiring diagram on this boat I would appreciate a copy.
