Anyone ever pull a trim and tilt assembly from a Suzuki DT150SS? I'm having a heck of a time trying to figure out how to remove the entire unit from a 1987 model without damaging it. Today I managed to get all of the bolts out per the manual, but the unit fits so snugly that I can't seem to pop it out. I can get it to move around a bit, but I can't seem to find a sweet spot where she'll come completely out of the mount. I was wondering if anyone had the same experience. I'm getting scared I'm going to damage the reservoir or motor by prying around without a clue. I need to get the unit out to check the motor (the TNT only clicks, and I'm getting power to both relays...I also powered the green and blue wires, but the motor won't make a peep, so I'm thinking the little monster is shot). Thanks to some advanced engineering, I can't get to the motor without pulling off the entire assembly. This is starting to drive me crazy. Ugh!
