Just finished my 2nd day on Table Rock, and it was awesome!!!
I was here two weeks ago, and the warmest water I found was about 44, this weekend, I foiund 50+ up in Yocum and Long creeks. Stained water, and was able to catch about 2 dozen a day on a grub and today, a wiggle wart. The largest was around 4.5lb, and the smallest just under 1lb.
As I said, awesome. Was really looking forward to the weekend, and for once it didn't dissapoint. Came in riding a multi day warming trend, and didn't have a cold front blow in just as I got here for once.
I've got maybe one or two more trips in the old bass boat, then the new one arrives. I'd like to break her in with a trip just like this weekend.
