Well boys, yesterday was a challenging day. 1st time i take a 3 hours trip to the north side of Lake Okeechobee in all the years I've been fishing there. Great experience but.... Holy Cow, I don't recommend anyone drive 3 hours home after fishing all day and getting up at 2:15am to make that drive. The drive home was brutal, BRUTAL to say the least. But hey, made it home.... Finally fished out of Scott Driver park, Strngely enough, caught the biggest fish on the Kissimmee River 2 minutes from the launch ramp as opposed to running 18 miles to the Monkey Box area by the north shore of the lake.
