i really couldnt find a good spot for this thread so i posted it here. i was watching the new episode of Swamp People that was on tonight and saw liz and her daughter hit a stump in their boat (or thats what they said they hit). they were just taking off so they werent going very fast at all but their lower unit split long ways right down the side. i might add that their prop was just fine. now ive hit full blown boulders with mine and havnt come close to doing what they did. liz runs a tohatsu on her boat and this has me questioning if maybe their lower units are not up the standards of other outboard manufacturers. i dont have any experience with tohatsu motors so i thought id ask what was everybody elses opinion.
