Triton Boats introduced a new multispecies fishing boat with the 186 Fishunter.

The new 186 Fishunter measures 18 feet, 6 inches and features a proportioned 100-inch beam, making it rated for 150 hp.

“We’ve listened to our customers, and these anglers told us they want more floor space, greater storage capacity and increased room. The new Fishunter more than meets these requests,” Triton founder Earl Bentz said in a statement. “Floor space is significantly greater, providing anglers more freedom of movement when accessing tackle, setting lines and fighting fish.”

The extra-wide beam of the new boat and storage compartments, including the giant center rod storage box, provide ample room for the tackle and gear that multispecies anglers need. An extra measure of room in the aft sections of the boat makes it easier to access kicker motors, downriggers or planer boards when trolling, according to Triton.

Triton’s new 186 Fishunter comes with standard features such as a tempered-glass wraparound windshield, storage compartments, an aerated live well with recirculation and pumpout, a built-in live bait well and insulated cooler, a foot-control trolling motor, electronics, a rear casting deck with integrated fold-down jump seats and a custom drive-on trailer.
