Trolling motor/on board charger

[Wired Wrong]

Okay need some more help.It's my friends boat again.The Minn Kota maxxum TM hums and the prop turns sometimes when you mash the pedal but it turns counterclockwise? The on board charger (Ranger) only shows one green light for the new cranking battery.The two TM batteries were checked at 12 plus volts.

The boat and all acc.is 2011 and looks new.The boat sat for about two years.

Any advice? Thanks
