So my folks live on a nice lake in Weston FL. It's about 75 feet wide by them, but they're on what would be the equivalent to a creek arm. The neighbor next to them is a flats, and the neighbor on the other side is a drop off to 20 feet. So they are in the perfect spot...

How perfect? How about 3 casts, 3 bass, all over 3lbs perfect. I actually stopped fishing there because I feel GUILTY about catching them all.

Today I was visiting and went outside toss bread to the bluegills and other bait fish. I usually do this every time I visit. The water was crystal clear, and I saw no less than 3 good size bass, and half a dozen yearlings. As I approached the shore, they actually approached me! I threw a handful of bread out near the bass, and as the bluegill charged in, a little feeding frenzy happened. I walked about 20 feet down, and the bass actually followed me! I threw more bread, more bluegill came charging right into the waiting mouths of the bass.

Now I really feel guilty about fishing there. Are these fish now my pets?!?
