I've learned that they're suppose to be stocking Castiac lake today & so I plan to fish tomorrow & wonder is there a typically better spot to fish right after they stock it?
Go straight to the coves?
Or stay by the ramps where they load them?
Or what would you suggest?
My wife has never caught a fish.
What should she use for bait?
Do you think she would have a better chance catching a trout from the fresh stock drop?
I've been told to use some of those power baits for trout & maybe she could get one of those easier than a bass?
I figure I'll throw some wait bait as well but will be casting swim baits mostly.
