Which Triton Boat to purchase?

Ok, new user here. Have decided to purchase a new or used Triton 19 or 20 ft bass boat. New or used. Local dealer has a new 2007 TR19 w/200 opti max at $33,000, boat is loaded. My other option is a used 2000 TR19 model w/200 EFI for $13000, same trim out as the 07. What do I buy if I choose between these two??
