Ok, so I get my boat out and wash her and wax her this past weekend (getting her ready to go to Hydro-Tec for her new motor)
My Tim/Tilt motor runs but the motor doesn't move (it seems like its "trying" without much movement)
Fluid issue? How do I check/fill it?
