The Wyoming legislature has introduced HOUSE BILL NO. HB0018 to finally try and deal with the zebra mussel problems that other states have. If signed into law it would give the Game and Fish $2 million the set up check stations and such.
I had been wondering when Wyoming would deal with this issue. Down on the Flaming Gorge Reservoir they currently do boat inspections on the Utah side but drive across the dam into Wyoming and you can launch without inspection.
