Alabama - Lay Lake
Focusing on the Lower end of Lay
Reports coming in that:
Water Temp is in the mid 70's
Water Clarity is 1 - 3 ft.
Spots and Large Mouth are fairly consistent with Spawn and Post modes in full swing. Fish are shallow in the grass areas. Ledges were productive into the afternoon. Keep your eyes open for schools of shad and activity surrounding these schools of bait fish. Reports of good numbers but having to work for them rather than than quick catches. Each day has it on varibles and have to adjust to them but good numbers can be enjoyed!
