Yes folks there are a few that have been braving the cold temps and getting there equipment tested. With the extreme high water conditions that we have people have actually been reporting HIGH numbers of bass being caught on the river and its back waters. Due to the fluctuations of water levels if you can find anywhere where the water is running out of throw a small crank or a plastic in there. Thats been the pattern since the water came up and its still holding.
