battery?

i have a factory 2 bank charger with 2 trolling batteries and 1 cranking and was wondering if the 3rd battery ran all items except the trolling motor?
boat is a 2008 skeeter sx180

reason i ask is i want to put in only 1 battery to bring my boat from my house to a friends garage to install electronics and i need to work the tilt trim mechanism and the connection for my new sonar/gps.
