My best buds birthday was yesterday. We have made it an annual deal to go hit Red Lobster for the all-u-can eat "Shrimpfest".
I ate 10 plates of scampi, parmesean and the grilled sweet 'n spicy shrimp. The shrimp is easy...its those dang garlic butter/cheddar biscuits that kill you!
Gotta spend a little more time in the gym today...
