We all know that OMC has built several designs and several engine types.......In some of you guru's minds what was the better engine as far as performance is concerned.
I have never tried to get some serious hp outta the 60 degree motors but have had VERY good results with the 90 degree motors. Several 115's running around here with 1 3/8 bore carbs ,bubble back exhaust and 140 heads on them. Make for some very snappy and higher hp motors I might add.
