launched at 8am outside temp. of 35, got to fishing spot at 8:30 am with water temp. at 40 caught a total of 20 small mouth 2.5 to 4 pounders average my partner caught 9 with one fish being close to 5 pounds (really big and fat fish) no large mouth caught and water temp rose to 44 by the end of day (4pm) in the morning we had clear skies and cloudy as the day went on with rain starting right at the time I was pulling out of water, small crank bait and tubes were the baits. My boat handle pretty good with no motor issues, so I'm really happy however because I had to raise motor all the way up on some areas at one point I had to suck gas up to the bulb in order to fill bulb, second time this has happen now in two outings.
