Well my wife just got me an old ski/bass for Christmas and i was wondering what you guys think about the towing situ'. I used to tow my old boat with my 04' Toyota Tacoma 4x4 with the V6. Not sure if its enough for the new one and i don't want to bring the boat home till I'm sure. The new boat is a 21' Cee Bee Avenger, all fiberglass with a 250 Merc. and dual axle trailer. I'm guessing its about 4-5000 Lbs. I think this is right at the limit of the truck.

I love it when the wife gets involved and makes more problems, but she did have good intentions.
