Lazy FA Shad Twitchbait NEW from Daiwa
Daiwa has brought out its newest hard bait. the NEW Lazy FA Shad. These are new floating twitchbaits that act as the crossroads between a lazily swimming full-bodied swimbait and a durable hard bait. When fished on a straight retrieve these lures swim through the water like a relaxed baitfish. During the swim the Lazy FA Shad rolls side to side, broadcasting a subdued flash the whole time to bring in the predatory fish. This lure dives down up to three feet when fully engaged but precision depth control can be had by changing the retrieve speed and according to your main line diameter.
While excelling at a slow and lazy approach the Lazy FA Shad also works when fished more aggressively. Leaning into the twitchbait side of its design, when fished on a snapping retrieve it does a sudden dive that is followed by a slow rise as the lure rests. To add to the action of the lure there is a diminutive rhino horn of fin. This little fin gives the lure big action by randomizing the direction that the lure swims with every pull.
The internals of the lure contain a dual-purpose metal ball chamber that acts as both a weight-transfer system as well an auditory attractant that will bring in strikes from inshore predators. The outside of the lure features a refined cosmetic design that includes realistic eyeballs, gills, and mouthparts.
