Loews pulled its advertising from a reality TV show based on being Muslim in America. It received complaints from a family values organiztion and responded by pulling its advertisement.
Well a California congressmen called it "religious discrimination" and is calling for a boycott and said he wanted a congressional condemnation of the action.
Wow..you mean a company can't decide which programming it wants to advertise on? If they pulled it because it was run during a christian program and they pulled it would these same Congressmen be outraged or would they actually commend Lowes?
Here is a tip for members of Congress.. worry about fixing the important issues like social security, the deficit and the economy. We don't need you up on the hill wasting your time trying to adress American's "hurt feelings". Hurt feelings don't put food on the table, pay the bills or add anything to the economy.
