Draper: Due to pump failure and the lake's small watershed lake elevation is below normal. Boat access to the lake is poor and a longer walk to bank fish. The main fishing docks are still floating. One boat ramp is barely usable.

Ft. Gibson: November 29. Elevation 1 ft. above normal and steady. Catfish good using jug lines and fishing the main channel on cut bait and night crawlers. Grand: December 1. Water 55 and clear. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits and worms at 18-20 ft. Smallmouth bass fair on green worms and spinners in the river. White bass good on minnows and spinners. Catfish fair on shrimp at 20-30 ft. Crappie good on dark with green belly jigs and minnows around brush strucutre and docks.
Greenleaf: December 1. Elevation normal and clear. Largemouth bass fair on spinners, crankbaits, jigs and worms at 12-15 ft. Channel catfish fair on fresh cut bait on bottom. Lake of the Arbuckles: November 28. Elevation normal, water 58 and stained. Crappie hitting on jigs and minnows on docks, brush piles and along creek channel drop offs using spoons. White bass are on mid lake channels and humps using spoons, slabs. Bass hitting crankbaits, drop shot and Carolina rigs at 12-18 ft. Report submitted by Jack Melton.
Blue River: December 1. Elevation normal, water 48 and clear. Trout good on garlic scented power bait, salmon eggs, spinners, and super dupers. Fly fishing good on soft hackles, wooly buggers, San Juan worms, and midges. Bass slow to fair on soft plastics. Catfish slow on stinkbait and cut shad. Broken Bow: December 1. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits and jigs. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs. Walleye beginning to bite on crawdad colored crankbaits. Report submitted by Dru Polk, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.
Eufaula: December 1. Elevation 1/2 ft. above normal and murky. Largemouth bass slow. White bass fair on jigs below the dam when water is running. Blue catfish fair on fresh shad in shallow flats. Texoma: November 29. Elevation normal, water 63 and clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass fair to good in the creek channels. Striped and white bass fair to good around drop off from the points. Channel and blue catfish fair to good from Platter flats north. Crappie fair to good in Widow Moore, Kansas, and upper Rock creeks and around the fishing docks.
