I've seen this too many times when I'm out fishing. A boat comes by that is designed for two people, and will have 4 in it. Let's all remember that not being safe hurst nobody but ourselves and whoever may be with us. If your boat is only rated for a certain weight, then don't go over that. It's there for a reason.
