I’m going to be in the market for a new or at least new to me boat next spring and I’m dead set on getting a Phoenix 920 or 721. I know I’ll be dropping some good dough on my dream rig but I want to have it paid off by the time I’m eligible to retire. I currently have a Stratos with an E-Tec on the back end which I absolutely love but finding a new or used Phoenix with one on it seems next to impossible. I spoke to a dealer a few weeks back and he was telling me that Evinrude might be getting bought out by someone, obviously he was a Mercury dealer. I have nothing bad to say about Mercury and am still considering buying a boat with one hanging off the back end but I really like the E-Tec. So I’ll stop rambling now and get to the point of this post, if anyone out there sees a used Phoenix with an E-Tec on the back end for sale feel free to let me know. Thanks
