I fought the wind for as long as I could and didn't catch a fish. (10am to 12:30pm) The water temp ranged from 54.5 to 55.5 depending on where I was. The clarity is as good this year as I've ever seen, in places I could see easily to 7'. I really combed the shallows looking for any cruisers or signs of bedding and really think that due to the cold winter it hasn't happened yet. Maybe on my week off 28th-2nd it'll be rockin!
Invites on the table to meet any members there on any of those days...bring your own boat cause me and Doc will be in mine, but I'd welcome the handshake and burger after the day on the lake.
And to Laser...you should have been at Morgan Point, took 20lbs to win and Doc came in 3rd with 16+. a work in progress but we are up.
