Ok, I can't take credit for this, but I got this off my FAVORITE cooking show "Campfire Cafe" on RFD-TV. http://www.campfirecafetv.com/

What you will need:
Fresh Jalapeno's
Lime
Olive Oil
Creame Cheese
Med/Lg boiled Shrimp
McCormick "White Chicken Chili" seasoning
Favorite Bacon (NOT thick sliced)

Get Lg. fresh Jalapeno peppers. slice in half long-ways, core and seed. Fill (almost to the edge) with creame cheese

Med/Lg boiled shrimp (de-veined/talied)
Take shrimp place in mixing bowl and squeeze some fresh lime juice and drizzle with olive oil. Take McCormick "White Chicken Chili" season packets (2 for approx a pound of shrimp), sprinkle over shrimp and mix with hands.

Place Shrimp in pepper (you may have to slightly break the shrimp if lg and curled) and wrap bacon tightly as possible around pepper to secure the shrimp. Pin with toothpick.

Grill over low flame/heat and prepare to move peppers around (bacon over fire....BIG Flame-up)

These are VERY time-consuming to prep but SOOOOOO worth it!
