If you ask two different fishermen which reel they like the best, baitcasting reel or spinning reel you will probably get two different answers. Which fishing reel is best for you personally is the key question that you have to ask yourself. It seems we have gone full circle with what reels are being used today.
Bottom line to the question as to what reel is the best for bass fishing, baitcasting reel or spinning reel? Both work great and I would recommend having at least one of each and most of us have a few of each and tend to pick up our favorite when it is time to catch that lunker bass waiting in the weeds.
