can any one out there give me some advice. I just purchased a 2010 Z7 with a 200 optimax proxs last season. I do have a 6" jack plate, the problem i am having is that when i reach 69 miles per hour my boat really starts to chine walk badly almost uncontrolably. I'v tried to drive through it but can't seem to manage. I know that my rig can go faster. I am running a 25 pitch merc prop. Any suggestions on jack plate set up, mabey moving it up or down to get rid of the chine walk problem?
