I just bought a 1980 bass tracker II. Its the perfect size for me and what I use it for which is Cat fishing and Duck hunting. I am looking to convert it into a Duck boat for the winter and still be able to fish out of it in the off season. Does anyone else have a boat they have converted like this? I would also like to put rod holders/trolling rod holders on the boat, Any ideas? My last question is I have two batteries on the boat. One is a deep cycle and the other just says cranking. How can I tell if they are both charging when the motor is running? I have not ran the trolling motor enough to tell if the accessory battery is charging off the motor or if it will go dead on me the next time I take it out. Thanks,
